Marvilla Marzan and Woody Brubaker

Marvilla Marzan was born in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico and currently lives in Ft. Myers, FL. She studied Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Central Florida. Marvilla currently performs as a duo with Woody Brubaker Friday nights at the Roadhouse Cafe Florida.

Since 1994, Marvilla has worked as a professional ballroom dancing instructor and is a Teaching Artist for the Lee County chapter of the Dancing Classrooms program, managed by the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools.

Marvilla has worked at Dolce Vita Restaurant & Lounge, the Ritz Carlton, The Lighthouse Waterfront Restaurant, The Broadway Palm Dinner Theater and The Cultural Park Theater. She has  appeared at the Sanctuary Golf & Country Club, the Royal Palm Yacht Club, Gulf Harbour Country Club, The Resort at Marina Village, Lexington Country Club, and Gateway Country Club.

Marvilla makes  occasional appearances at Traditions on the beach at the Island Inn Resort, Sanibel.

Currently, Marvilla is on maternity leave from the Roadhouse Cafe and will return some time next January. Covering her position is Barbara Smith.
